Dietmar Knochelmann

Born and raised in Munich, Germany, my journey in the world of flooring began at a young age. When I was 11 years old, my parents made the bold decision to move to the United States, seeking new opportunities. Little did I know that this move would shape my career and passion for transforming spaces through flooring.

After settling in the US, I embraced the diverse culture and rich design inspirations that surrounded me. It was during my early years in the industry that I discovered my love for flooring and the incredible impact it can have on a space. I found joy in creating unique combinations of flooring materials, pushing the boundaries to deliver exceptional results.

Over the past 7 years, I have had the privilege of working with Flamingo Flooring, a company that shares my commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. While my role has evolved to focus on leading and guiding the company, my passion for flooring solutions remains unwavering.

Collaborating with our esteemed clients is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work. By understanding their unique needs and translating their vision into stunning reality, we create spaces that leave a lasting impression.
